Born and raised in Decatur, I attended Mt. Zion High School and graduated in 1997. I then furthered my education at Bradley University, receiving my Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. I have worked in all settings, but have found outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation to be my favorite. I enjoy pre and post operative care, chronic pain management, dry needling, and pediatric care.
Since starting with DOC, I have become a Certified IRONMAN Coach and help other endurance athletes meet their goals. I have also gained new skills in Fall Prevention, Advanced Kinesiology Taping Practitioner and Movement Specialist to further help our patients at Decatur Orthopedic Center.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time as a mom and zookeeper to our pets and training as an endurance athlete.
