Dr. Pelletier, MD is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in the comprehensive treatment of conditions affecting the cervical, thoracic, and lumbosacral spines.  Her goal is to improve the quality of life of her patients by working with them to provide tailored treatments for spinal conditions such as degenerative disc disease, deformities including scoliosis, trauma, and tumors.  Her spine interests span the base of the skull to the pelvis, using minimally invasive spine (MIS) or maximally invasive techniques where appropriate, often enhanced with image-guided technologies.

Dr. Pelletier has completed her medical and surgical training at top organizations in Canada and Australia; completing two advanced training fellowships in adult spinal pathologies at the University of Toronto, Canada, including securing both an AO Spine Fellowship and a Complex Spine Fellowship at Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto; a top 25 hospital in the world.  She is passionate about continuously adding to her knowledge and skillset through regular attendance at spinal conferences and courses to learn the latest surgical considerations and techniques for optimal patient outcomes.
